About
About The Fluff Lab
My journey into dog grooming began in Poland in 2015, when I completed my basic grooming course. I continued building my skills in the UK alongside an experienced groomer before moving to Australia, where I've been grooming professionally since 2020.
Over the years, I've discovered that what I love most about grooming goes far beyond a beautiful haircut. It's getting to know each dog's personality, seeing their transformation, and helping them feel more comfortable and confident — especially those who may have found grooming scary in the past. I also love introducing puppies to grooming and helping them learn that it's just a normal part of life.
The Fluff Lab was created with one simple idea in mind: every dog deserves time, patience and individual attention. After years in fast-paced grooming environments, I wanted to create a calmer, more personal experience where I can focus on one dog at a time and tailor each groom to both the dog's needs and their owner's lifestyle.
I have a particular soft spot for terriers, especially the little ones with big, cheeky personalities, and I've grown to love poodles and their wonderfully funky haircuts, too!
At The Fluff Lab, it's not just about how your dog looks when they leave, but how they feel along the way.
What we stand for
Our approach to grooming
One dog at a time
Your dog has my full, undivided attention from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.
Patience first
I work at your dog's pace — never rushing, never forcing. Comfort always comes before the clock.
Tailored to each dog
Every groom is shaped around your dog's coat, temperament and your lifestyle — not a one-size-fits-all template.
Experienced hands
Over a decade of grooming experience across Poland, the UK and Australia, with a genuine love for the craft.
Puppy-friendly
I love helping puppies discover that grooming is safe and fun — setting them up for a lifetime of stress-free visits.
A calmer environment
No barking kennels, no chaos. Just a calm, quiet studio where your dog can relax and feel at ease.
