At The Fluff Lab, every dog is treated as an individual. My aim is to provide a personalised grooming experience that suits your dog's coat, lifestyle and your preferred style, while keeping their comfort and wellbeing a priority. I offer one-on-one grooming for small and medium-sized dogs up to 15 kg.
Short Summer Cut
Full Groom
Perfect for dogs who need a shorter, easy-to-maintain coat, especially during the warmer months. This service gives your pup a fresh, neat look with a practical haircut that's easy to care for between appointments.
Choose from three coat lengths: 3.2 mm, 6.4 mm, 9.5 mm (blade cut #7F, #5F and #4F).

Fluffy & Shaped
Style Groom
For pups who love a little extra fluff! Perfect for teddy-bear cuts, breed-specific trims and other personalised styles. I'll tailor the groom to your preferences while considering your dog's coat type, condition and what can realistically be achieved. Feel free to bring photos of your favourite styles.
Recommended every 6–8 weeks to maintain the coat and your chosen style.

A neat refresh between grooms
Tidy-Up
Perfect for keeping your pup looking neat between full grooms, or for a little refresh when they don't need a complete haircut. This service focuses on the areas that tend to grow out or get messy first, while keeping the overall body coat length as it is.
The overall body coat length stays the same. More extensive trimming may require a Full Groom or Style Groom instead.

Wash & Blow-Dry
A great option for keeping your pup clean, fresh and fluffy between haircuts, or simply when they need a bath without a trim. This service focuses on cleaning the coat, removing loose dirt and helping your dog feel fresh and comfortable.
Please note that this service does not include a haircut, styling or trimming.

Reduce loose coat and shedding
Deshedding Treatment
Is your pup leaving little fur tumbleweeds around the house? A deshedding treatment helps remove loose hair from the coat and is ideal for dogs that shed heavily or have a thick double coat. The treatment includes suitable bathing, drying and thorough brushing to help release loose undercoat.
Recommended every 6–8 weeks for best results. Please note that deshedding reduces loose hair but does not stop shedding completely.

Puppy Foundations
Help your puppy build confidence with grooming through three personalised appointments designed to introduce them to bathing, drying, handling and coat care at their own pace.
Each visit builds on the last, helping your puppy become more familiar with the grooming experience and setting them up for happier, more comfortable visits as they grow.
We welcome puppies from as early as 4 months old and encourage starting the programme as soon as your pup is ready.
Every puppy deserves a calm, positive start — and a few extra treats along the way.

First Steps
A gentle introduction to bathing, blow-drying and the grooming environment, including an eye-corner trim and nail trim as appropriate.

Building Confidence
A tidy-up to introduce more trimming and handling while continuing to build on the skills and confidence from the first visit.

Ready to Shine
A style groom or full groom, depending on your puppy's coat, needs and comfort level.
Included with every groom
Every grooming appointment includes nail clipping and ear cleaning as part of your dog's care. Ear plucking is also available upon request, where appropriate for your dog.
Matting Policy
For your dog's comfort and wellbeing, excessive matting will not be brushed out. Minor matting may be brushed out if it can be safely and comfortably resolved within a maximum of 15 minutes. An additional $20 fee will apply to the grooming price.
If the matting is too tight or extensive to remove comfortably, a shorter haircut may be recommended as the kinder option. Your dog's welfare always comes first.
Every dog is different, and grooming time and results depend on coat type, coat condition and the style requested. Additional charges may apply for excessive knots or matting, or extra time needed to groom safely and comfortably.
